This website is operated by Culturetribe ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service apply exclusively to customers residing in the United States. By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Products
All products are made to order. Each item is produced individually after your order is placed.

We strive to display product colors and designs as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to production processes and screen settings.

3. Order Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

A binding contract is formed once your order has been confirmed.

4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in the applicable currency and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

We accept payments through secure third-party providers such as PayPal, Stripe, and credit card providers.

Payment must be completed before production begins.

5. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed within the timeframes stated on our website.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or other factors beyond our control.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery.

6. Returns & Refunds
All items are made to order. Therefore, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Refunds or replacements are only offered if:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective

  • The wrong item was delivered

Customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide proof (e.g. photos).

7. Order Changes & Cancellation
Orders may only be changed or canceled before production begins.

Once production has started, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.

8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including designs, logos, graphics, and text, is the property of Culturetribe and may not be used without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Culturetribe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

10. Disclaimer
All products and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, except where required by law.

11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG), to the extent permitted by applicable U.S. law.
